Playbook ("we", "our", or "the app") is a virtual sportsbook and bankroll tracking application designed to help users practice betting discipline, track performance, and receive coaching insights.

Playbook does not facilitate real-money gambling. All bankrolls, wagers, and performance metrics within the app are simulated using virtual currency. No deposits, withdrawals, or financial transactions occur within the app.

Information We Collect

We collect and store the following information to operate the app:

• Email address (used for account creation and login)
• User account information (username, profile details)
• Virtual wagers you place within the app
• Betting history and outcomes
• Performance statistics (win rate, ROI, bankroll trends, etc.)
• Your stake-process indicators and historical readiness scores
• Coaching insights and analytics generated from your activity

How We Use Your Information

Information collected is used solely to:

• Provide and improve the Playbook service
• Personalize coaching, analytics, and readiness insights
• Maintain account security and prevent misuse
• Respond to support requests and communicate with you about your account

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit. Access to your data is restricted to systems and personnel necessary to operate the app.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Services

Playbook uses third-party services to operate core functionality, including:

• Sports odds and scores data providers, used to supply real sporting event information for simulated wagers
• Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, used to store and serve app data

Sports data providers supply event information. Our hosting and authentication provider processes account information needed to operate Playbook.

Cookies & Local Storage

Playbook may use local storage or similar technologies on your device to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and improve app performance. These do not track you across other apps or websites.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data

Delete your account from Settings → Delete Account. For access or corrections, contact us using the information below.

Account Deletion

Deleting your account removes your Playbook login, profile, seasons, wagers, legacy parlays and legs, virtual transaction history, earned achievements, account journals, and linked diagnostics from the app database. We do not keep an anonymized copy of your wagers or create a personal deletion audit log.

Deletion is permanent. We confirm completion only after checking that linked app data has been removed. If deletion is interrupted, some records may already be gone; the app shows an error and you can retry or contact support.

This flow covers Playbook-managed app data. It does not erase platform-managed infrastructure logs or backups; their retention is controlled by the hosting provider.

Children's Privacy

Playbook is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

No Real-Money Gambling

To be clear: Playbook is a simulation and coaching tool only.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Playbook after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
